Girls track team has big win over Central

The girls track team recently defeated Central Catholic High for the first time in many years.

The Hillies took down the Red Raiders 81-64.

The boys team had defeated Andover 71-62 the previous week, and then fell to Central Catholic 83-61.

Both Hillie teams will participate in the Weston Twilight Meet on Saturday.

 

Softball team travels to Methuen

After defeating Dracut 6-4, the Hillie softball team dropped a pair of one-run games.

Haverhill fell to North Andover 1-0 and Andover 8-7. The Hillies will travel to Methuen on Friday night.

 

Baseball team to host Andover

The baseball team will return to action on Friday when it hosts Andover at 4 p.m.

 

Boys volleyball team takes second win

The boys volleyball team grabbed its second win of the year on Friday with a 3-0 victory over North Andover.

The Hillies will travel to Chelmsford on Friday.

 

Girls tennis team wins second match of season

The girls tennis team also won its second match of the year last week, defeating Lawrence 5-0.

The Hillies will be in action again on Monday when they travel to Billerica. The boys tennis team will host Lawrence on Monday.

 

Lacrosse teams readying for big games

The boys and girls lacrosse teams have big games coming up on Friday against Dracut.

The boys will host the Middies at Trinity Stadium at 7 p.m. The girls will travel to Dracut for a 4 p.m. game.
